Product Description:
The PROSOFT MVI56-PDPMV1 module is a PROFIBUS DP-V1 master station communication module from PROSOFT. It allows the ControlLogix processor to easily communicate with slave devices that support the PROFIBUS DP-V0 or DP-V1 protocols.
The module supports the full PROFIBUS-DP master station specification, according to IEC 61158. Acyclic parameter data can be transmitted via Class 1 or Class 2 DP-V1 services, allowing the processor to easily communicate with slave devices that support the PROFIBUS DP-V0/V1 protocol through this module.
