The SCHNEIDER 140CPU65150 is a high – performance programmable logic controller (PLC) module designed for industrial automation applications. It is a Unity processor in the Modicon Quantum series, integrating the standard functions of a PLC with the diagnostic capabilities of a web server. It uses an RJ – 45 connection for communication.

This module is equipped with a high – speed processor that can process data at a clock rate of 166 MHz, enabling it to handle high – speed data such as time – stamping, counter operations, and high – speed interrupt inputs. It has distributed I/O stations, racks, and networks, which allows for the control of distributed systems. With 8 MB of expandable file storage and 7168 kB of expandable programming memory, it can store a large amount of data and complex programs. In addition, it has 768 kB of internal RAM for efficient data processing.
