  • Analog Signal Acquisition: The module is equipped with multiple analog input channels, enabling it to interface with a wide range of sensors, such as temperature sensors, pressure transducers, flow meters, and level sensors. It can accept various analog input signal types, including 4 – 20 mA current loops, 0 – 5V and 0 – 10V voltage signals. For instance, in a manufacturing plant, it can collect temperature data from thermocouple – based temperature sensors or pressure readings from strain – gauge pressure transducers.
  • Signal Conversion and Conditioning: Once the analog signals are received, the ZMI-4004 performs precise analog – to – digital conversion.
