The TRICONEX 3008 module is a triple redundancy (TMR) controller module developed by Emerson Process Control. It is widely used in oil refining, chemical industry and other industrial fields, and its main role is to improve the reliability and safety of the system. The controller uses triple modular redundancy (TMR) technology, that is, each functional module has three parallel work units, redundant to each other. This design can greatly improve the reliability of the system, when a unit fails, the other two units can continue to work, will not affect the operation of the whole system.
