The GE IS200ERSCG1A module is an excitation regulator static converter manufactured by General Electric (GE). It is mainly used in the excitation system of the generator, by providing pulse width modulation (PWM) DC output, control the current of the excitation winding, so as to adjust the voltage and reactive power of the generator.

IS200ERSCG1A module adopts IGBT module as power switch element, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, fast response and high reliability. It not only provides PWM output, but also has field discharge function, which can protect the excitation system in special situations.
