8200-1302 WOODWARD
The Woodward 8200-1300 is an integrated graphics front panel HMI designed to control single or dual (split range) actuator steam turbines and has an LVDC (18-32 Vdc) power supply.
Woodward’s 8200-1301 unit is an integrated graphics front panel HMI with AC/DC (88-132 Vac or 90-150 Vdc) power supply and is part of the 505D digital governor turbine control series.
The Woodward 505D series digital governor turbine control product 8200-1302 is an integrated graphics front panel HMI with Marine/ATEX compliant LVDC (18-32 Vdc).

Product Description
8200-1302 is one of several Woodward 505 digital governors that can be used to control steam turbines. This operator control panel serves as a graphical interface and keyboard, allowing adjustment of the turbine and communication with the turbine. This can be configured through the Modbus communication port on the device.
8200-1302 has multiple available functions
Automatic start sequencing for hot and cold starts, with temperature input options
Critical speed avoidance in the three speed segment

Ten external alarm inputs
Ten external DI trip inputs
Trip indication for tripping and alarm events with relevant RTC timestamps
Dual speed and load dynamics
Peak speed indication for overspeed tripping
Zero speed detection
Remote droop
Frequency Deadband
The device also provides three normal operating modes, including configuration, operation, and calibration modes.

This unit includes two redundant speed inputs and can accept magnetic pickup units, eddy current probes, or proximity probes. It has analog inputs (8) and can be configured for any of 27 functions. The device also has an additional twenty contact inputs. The first four of these contacts are used by default for stopping, increasing the speed setpoint, resetting, and decreasing the speed setpoint. Others can be configured as needed. In addition, the device has two 4-20 mA control outputs and eight C-type relay contact outputs.
The front panel of 8200-1302 includes an emergency trip key, a backspace/delete key, a gear shift key, as well as view, mode, ESC, and home keys. It also has navigation cross keys, soft key commands, and four LEDs for correlating control and hardware status

8200-1301 Technical Specifications
8200-1301 is a Woodward 505 digital governor designed for split range or single actuator applications. This is one of the three available versions in the series, with the other two being 8200-1300 and 8200-1302. 8200-1301 is mainly used for AC/DC (88 to 264 V AC or 90 to 150 V DC) general position compliant power supply. It is field programmable and uses menu driven software to control mechanical drive applications and/or generators. The governor can be configured as part of a DCS (Distributed Control System) or designed as an independent unit.
