It is part of ADAPT. wind, which is a standard state monitoring solution for General Electric wind turbines and can be easily deployed on most manufacturers’ devices.
As part of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), the 3701 Wind Condition Monitoring (CM) solution enables wind turbine owners to be aware of defects several months before a fault occurs. Based on the scale of wind farms, General Electric’s CBM solution can save turbine owners hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars in revenue losses annually.
Turbine owners can save costs through various means, including reducing unplanned crane services and optimizing maintenance.
