The 3500/32M4 channel relay module provides four relay outputs and highly configurable relay logic interfaces.
Each of the four outputs can be independently programmed to enable voting by configuring alarm drive logic for each relay.
All channels within the 3500 Mechanical Protection System can be used to drive complex logic using NotOK status and alarm and danger setpoints within the 3500/32M.

The 3500/32M provides an easy-to-use interface for highly configurable AND/OR logic combinations, including “normal” and “true” and voting options, as well as blocking relay channel options.
The 4-channel relay module is a full height module that provides four relay outputs. Any number of 4-channel relays
Modules can be placed in transient data interface modules.
Each output channel relay module of 4 can be independently programmed to execute voting logic.

Each relay used on the channel relay module includesAlarm driven logic. The programming of alarm driven logic uses AND and OR logic,And alarm inputs (alarm and danger states) can be used,Abnormal, or from any monitor channel or anyThe combination of monitor channels in the rack. You canProgram this alarm driver to meet your application requirementsUse the 3500 rack configuration software. The BENTLY Bentley 3500/32M relay module has a wide range of 4-channel applications, such as whether the factory generates electricity, compresses and pumps the fluids or critical machinery that the industry relies on to drive process equipment, once every hour per day.

In these settings, mechanical failures are not only inconvenient, but can also be catastrophic, although maintenance costs alone can be shocking,
Partial or even total production losses caused by the following reasons, critical mechanical failures – sometimes worth millions of days – can represent the difference between gains and losses throughout the year.
With so many dangers, mechanical condition monitoring is not just a good idea, it is an inevitable trend to continuously monitor key asset parameters, such as vibration, temperature, speed, and many other condition indicators, which are an effective prediction and prevention method
