The system architecture is evolving towards FCS. From a purely technical perspective, there are three ways to integrate fieldbus into DCS at present: ① Integration of fieldbus on DCS system I/O bus – hanging on DCS I/O bus through a fieldbus interface card, making the information from the fieldbus seen by the DCS controller feel like it comes from a traditional DCS device card. The integration of fieldbus in the network layer of DCS system refers to the integration of fieldbus system on a higher level network of DCS. This integration method does not require changes to the DCS control station and has little impact on the original system.
