Product Description
The MPC4 200 – 510 – 070 – 113 is a core component of the VM600 series machinery protection system. It is designed for continuous online monitoring and real – time measurement of machinery health. This card is highly versatile, capable of simultaneously measuring and monitoring four dynamic signal inputs and two speed inputs. The dynamic signal inputs are fully programmable and can accept signals representing acceleration, velocity, and displacement (proximity). With onboard multi – channel processing functions, it can measure various physical parameters, including relative and absolute vibration, Smax, eccentricity, thrust position, casing absolute value and differential expansion, displacement, and dynamic pressure. It features state – of – the – art DSP technology for real – time measurement and monitoring, and offers programmable broadband and narrow – band filters, as well as the ability to simultaneously monitor amplitude and phase. In addition, it has programmable alarm, danger, and determination setpoints, as well as adaptive alarm and danger levels. The front – panel BNC connectors provide convenient access to buffered “raw” sensor signals for analysis. Moreover, the card is hot – swappable, allowing for real – time plug – and – play. It is available in “standard”, “independent circuit”, and “safety” (SIL) versions to meet different application requirements.
