Product NameMOOG D136 – 001 – 007 High – Precision Servo Valve Drive Control Module (also serves as an MSC module – based digital control module with PLC functionality).
-
Product DescriptionThe MOOG D136 – 001 – 007 is a core component in MOOG’s servo control product line. It is mainly designed for the precise drive, real – time control and condition monitoring of servo valves in hydraulic/electro – hydraulic servo systems. It also works well as an I/O extension module for MSC series motion controllers.Equipped with a 32 – bit RISC – architecture PowerPC processor with a floating – point unit, this module supports programming in the IEC 61131 development environment. It is capable of accurate position, speed and force control for both electric and hydraulic actuators, and can even achieve closed – loop control for up to 30 axes regarding speed and position. It adopts a dedicated linear amplification circuit and closed – loop feedback control algorithm, enabling it to drive single or dual – coil servo valves precisely. Moreover, it can extend the I/O of MSC I/II motion controllers via an internal expansion bus, with 16 voltage or current input channels and 4 voltage output channels to meet diverse signal processing needs.
-
With a double – layer shielding structure inside and integrated common – mode inductors and transient voltage suppressor diodes at the signal ports, the module boasts strong anti – interference ability. It also features over – voltage, over – current and over – temperature protection mechanisms. It is widely used in fields like aerospace test benches, industrial precision machine tools, metallurgical continuous casting equipment and heavy – duty mechanical hydraulic systems that demand high control accuracy. -
