Product DescriptionThe ABB 5SHY3545L0014 is a high-performance asymmetric IGCT module belonging to ABB’s 5SHY product series, which perfectly combines the advantages of thyristors and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs). It features high power handling capacity and fast switching speed, and adopts an integrated design integrating IGBT stacks, gate drives and temperature monitoring units, which can efficiently realize power conversion and control functions.

Adopting press-pack packaging technology, the module has excellent heat dissipation performance, with an ultra-low junction – to – case thermal resistance.
