    The ABB PM891K01 is a monolithic integrated processor unit and a key part of the ABB AC 800M control system, widely applied in various demanding industrial process control scenarios. It integrates a power supply, CPU board and unit termination into one compact structure, which saves much installation space.

Equipped with a high-performance industrial processor, this module boasts strong data processing capabilities and a large application memory, enabling it to smoothly run complex control programs with a minimum cycle time of 1ms. It comes with two built-in Ethernet ports and one serial port, and supports expanding communication interfaces via the CEX – bus. Additionally, it allows CPU redundancy configuration, which greatly improves the operational availability of the system.
With IP20 protection rating and full EMC certification, it can operate stably without additional enclosures in general industrial environments. It also has built-in diagnostic functions that facilitate fault troubleshooting.
