BENTLY 3500/42 – 01 – 00 Displacement/Velocity/Acceleration Monitor Module

The BENTLY 3500/42 – 01 – 00 is a 4 – channel monitor module designed for the 3500 monitoring system. It is mainly used in the condition monitoring and protection of large rotating machinery, such as turbines, generators, and compressors. It can receive signals from 1 to 4 displacement, velocity, or acceleration sensors, and through signal processing, it can perform various vibration and position measurements. Each channel of the module can be programmed using the 3500 framework configuration software to complete functions such as triple – redundant processing, which improves the reliability and accuracy of the monitoring system. It continuously monitors and displays important machine parameters, and compares the processed signals with user – programmed alarm values. When the parameters exceed the set values, it will issue alarm and danger signals in a timely manner to protect the safe operation of the equipment1.
